The bootcamp family
More a team than a class
People join not knowing a soul and end up with a group of genuine friends — the kind who notice when you skip a session. It started with Keith, a Men's Health "Celebrity Six-Pack Challenge" award-winning trainer, but it runs on the people who keep showing up for each other.
We train outdoors together, race Tough Mudder and Rat Race together, and celebrate every PB and body-fat drop as a group. All levels welcome — sessions flex to your ability, not the other way round.

Group bootcamp, small numbers
Groups of just 4–6, coached properly. Myzone tech tracks every session, and no two workouts are ever the same. Boxing rounds, strength, intervals — competitive, but nobody gets left behind.
